“Small business owners are the engine room of the Gippsland economy and I love seeing new enterprises open up, particularly in the current challenging economic environment,” Mr Chester said.
Paul and Leanne started the business on their property at Glenaladale (near Bairnsdale) after purchasing 123 acres in 2021.
Inspired by their natural surroundings, the couple have developed their own popular range of handcrafted spirits and offer a tasting room, plus venue hire.
