Mr Chester today visited the club where Headway Gippsland participants and their carers, join club volunteers for rounds of croquet, a sport developed over 150 years ago.

Mr Chester commended the efforts of the Morwell Croquet Club to provide its facilities and volunteers for the benefit of those involved with Headway.

“It’s always a positive for our community when a local club goes above and beyond to provide support for those who are less fortunate,” Mr Chester said.

“The Morwell Croquet Club continues to be a fantastic supporter of Headway Gippsland, offering the use of their facilities and volunteers to assist participants play croquet every month.”
