Clifton Waters Retirement Village has upgraded flooring in communal areas thanks to previous Federal Government support.
Local MP Darren Chester said the $7,800 grant had been provided through the Stronger Communities Program.
“New vinyl plank flooring has been installed through the library/billiards room, doctors’ room and waiting area to improve accessibility, provide a cohesive look and help create a warm and inviting environment,” Mr Chester said.
“The Stronger Communities Program supports local community organisations to improve facilities and ensure groups can continue to support locals safely and appropriately.”
