Supporters will be asked to dig deep for Melon’s Cottage at tomorrow’s Lakes Entrance versus Orbost match.
Both clubs have come together to help raise money for the facility which provides respite for families of children with serious illness.
Local MPs Darren Chester and Tim Bull will umpire the reserves game in Melon’s Cottage t-shirts and Darren will lose his hair at the start of the senior game.
Melon’s Cottage was established by local couple Peter and Jodie Simpson after their son Eli died at just 13 months of age.
In addition to making donations to support the head shave – there will be opportunities for people to have their hair sprayed or purchase raffle tickets with all funds going towards Melon’s Cottage.
Darren and Tim have both made personal donations and are encouraging football followers to join in the event.
